A little about David
David brings over 35 years of experience across Business, IT, and Accounting to his real estate career. He began his professional journey in Accountancy, working in diverse industries such as Fashion, Wholesale Distribution, and Manufacturing. It was during his time in Finance at an IT systems house that David transitioned from accounting into the technology sector, eventually taking on roles in global software companies. These roles spanned sales leadership, business development, solution design, and consulting, ultimately leading to General Management positions.
Upon returning to New Zealand, David successfully founded and led three software companies, honing his skills in marketing, operations, and innovation. His decision to transition into the real estate industry brings together a wealth of knowledge in technology, business management, and customer-focused solutions.
David prides himself on his creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and his ability to think outside the box. With expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Software, he is committed to delivering exceptional results for his clients.
